Scott Rynecki Recognized by Super Lawyers
Scott Rynecki, Esq. has been selected to the New York Super Lawyers list every year since 2013. Throughout his career, he has secured multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for clients and successfully litigated cases involving major corporations and institutions, including General Motors, Home Depot, and National Freight Carriers.
Mr. Rynecki is a lifetime member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also received the Lawyer of Distinction Award from the New York State Bar Association. His practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation.
Richard M. Levy Named to the Super Lawyers List
Richard M. Levy, Esq. has been selected to the New York Super Lawyers list annually since 2024. He has built a distinguished record in personal injury and civil rights litigation, including securing one of the highest police misconduct verdicts in New York for a client who was the victim of police brutality.
Mr. Levy is admitted to practice in all New York State courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He also serves on the Brooklyn Bar Association Grievance Committee.
Marc R. Battipaglia Selected to the Rising Stars List
Marc R. Battipaglia, Esq. has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2022 in recognition of his work in personal injury and civil rights litigation.
Before joining Rubenstein & Rynecki, Mr. Battipaglia worked with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where he assisted with high-profile criminal cases involving organized crime, racketeering, and other serious felonies.
