Mr. Rynecki played an instrumental role in the $8.75 million settlement in the case of a man sodomized by a police officer in a New York City Police Precinct bathroom, as well as $2 Million Dollar recovery for the family of an 18 year old boy beaten to death by other inmates at Rikers Island Correctional Facility.
