Samantha received her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and her undergraduate degree from Hunter College.
Samantha’s career in personal injury law began prior to her going to law school, when she worked as a paralegal at a boutique personal injury law firm. It was there that she first became interested in personal injury law and how to help injured clients recover money damages for their injuries.
Samantha joined Rubenstein and Rynecki in 2019. She represents clients who were injured in motor vehicle accidents, claims involving police brutality, negligent-supervision, sexual assault, premise-liability, and other various types of negligence claims.
