Harris Marks is a trial attorney at Rubenstein and Rynecki, concentrating on serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. His practice primarily includes automobile, slip/trip/fall, premises liability, labor law, and civil rights litigation, including false arrest and excessive force used by police officers.
Harris applies a 360 degree approach to all phases of litigation. His cases span from the Supreme Courts in all five boroughs of New York City to Nassau and Suffolk Counties as well as Federal Courts in the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
Harris has successfully tried multiple plaintiff’s verdicts across the aforementioned Courts and has over ten years of litigation experience. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. Since 2014, Harris has been annually named a “Super Lawyers Rising Star,” which recognizes the top attorneys under the age of 40.
